Shri Harkishan Public Hr. Sec. School celebrated the 79th Independence Day of India with great zeal and national pride on its campus today.The program was organized under the guidance of the committee members and the Principal Mr. Ravindra Singh. The event began with the warm welcome of the Chief Guest Mr. S. Parvinder Singh Bhatia and other dignitaries by the Principal, staff, and students.

The celebration commenced with the flag hoisting ceremony, where the National Flag was unfurled by the Chief Guest ,accompanied by the singing of the National Anthem.

A series of cultural performances followed flag hoisting. The students showcased their love for the nation through patriotic songs, traditional and contemporary dances reflecting the essence of "Naya Bharat"-a vision of progress, innovation and a society that celebrates diversity and inclusivity.

In his address to gathering the Principal, Mr. Singh apprised the students of the importance of independence and values of freedom, unity and responsibility.

As a token of gratitude ,Chief Guest and other dignitaries were presented with mementos.

The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks and a feeling of patriotic pride among all present.
