"Good Touch, Bad Touch" Awareness Workshop Conducted at Shri Harkishan Hr. Sec. School

In a commendable effort to promote child safety and awareness, Shri Harkishan Hr. Sec. School organized a "Good Touch, Bad Touch " workshop on 22.08.2025.  This event was organized under the guidance of the committee members and the Principal Mr. Ravindra Singh Sir. Head of female constables from Rampur Police Station, Korba led the workshop.
The primary aim of this session was to educate the young learners about the concepts of good touch and bad touch, teaching them to distinguish between the two,understand the importance of personal boundaries. 
Students of class I to VII took part in this workshop. Through engaging storytelling, visual aids and interactive discussions,students were sensitively introduced to the concepts of safe and unsafe touch. Teachers and counselors guided the children on how to trust their instincts, say"No" ,and seek help from trusted adults if they ever feel uncomfortable. 
The Principal Mr. Singh expressed gratitude towards the police team and said,"We are thankful to the Female Police and their team for taking this vital initiative. The session was well received by the students, marking a step forward in creating a safer, more informed school environment.
